Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are 9am to 7pm PDT, Monday thru Saturday. However, you will be able to place an order online 24 hours a day.

Placing Orders

Placing an order with Total Image Hair is easy. We have a secured encrypted payment process that ensures the privacy of all your personal information. Once you have had an opportunity to review our website you will have several options to place your order. For your convenience, our friendly Total Image Hair associates are available to take your order via phone Monday-Saturday from 9am – 7pm.  However, if you prefer, you can place your order online 24 hrs a day, by fax at 818-757-1216, by mail, or if you are in the neighborhood and overwhelmed with our many choices you can stop in for a consultation.  We can be reached via phone 818-776-0026, or you can e-mail us at orders@totalimagehair.com  for any questions or concerns.

Payments

We accept most major credit cards.  We also accept Paypal.

Shipping policy

We use USPS and UPS as our carriers.  The following methods of delivery are currently offered: 
  -Ground Shipping - fast and affordable service to most location usually takes 3 to 4 days. It is one of the best values for shipping. We will deliver to mailboxes, small mail slots and P.O. Boxes.
  -Priority Shipping – Two day service to most locations. Military address (APO, AFO, AA, AE, and AP) require delivery via USPS priority mail only. USPS and UPS do not offer express mail to military addresses.
  -Express/Overnight – Is one of the fastest ways to receive your package. Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations, for orders placed by 10:00 AM.
-International shipping – Yes we do ship internationally on a case by case basis.  For international orders contact us at info@totalimagehair.com .   

Return and Exchange Policy

We personally inspect each and every product at the time of shipment to ensure our products are not defective or damaged. We guarantee our entire product line to be of the highest quality.  As a result of the personal attention given to each package ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If you would like to insure your package, you may do so based on rates provided by USPS or UPS.  Please be sure to include the amount with your shipping and handling.  You may find rates for USPS at www.usps.com or for UPS at www.ups.com.  In the event of a claim, you will be responsible for dealing directly with USPS or UPS. 

Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds. No exchanges.  All sales are final.

Tracking Numbers

A tracking number will be emailed to you. To Check the delivery status of your order with Total Image Hair, go to www.usps.com  and click on track and confirm or  www.ups.com and click on tracking (the shipper used will be identified with the tracking number).  Enter the label receipt or tracking number provided.  Be sure to enter all letters and numbers exactly as they appear on your label or receipt. Do not include any spaces.

Out of Stock and Back Orders

Although we are committed to shipping everything in a timely manner, in some instances, our products may be out of stock or on back order.  In some cases, where purchasers have purchased a substantial amount of the same product and there is not enough inventory to complete the entire order, we may ship part of the order and the rest once it becomes available, at the purchasers request.  In other cases, items purchased on back order will be shipped immediately once it has been restocked.  This is usually within 3 to 5 days.  Should you choose not to wait for your order, it will be cancelled and your money refunded. Unless you are notified of a back ordered or out of stock item, your order will ship accordingly.

When will my order ship?  Total Image Hair's policy is to provide you with timely shipping. Orders are processed and shipped daily.  Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.  Weekend/Holiday orders will be processed on the next business day in the US. 

Although we are committed to outstanding customer service and timely shipping we have no control over late shipments from our carriers, due to, natural disasters, bad weather systems, incorrect billing addresses, clients who live in rural areas, etc. All shipping costs are paid by the client.
